Cookie Policy

Clear choices, no analytics without consent.

1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored by the browser. This website also uses local storage, a browser memory, solely to remember the user’s cookie choice. See the privacy notice for details about personal-data processing.

2. Necessary technologies and aggregate counts
The website stores veltrom-analytics-consent in local storage, containing the accepted or rejected choice, a random receipt identifier, the version of the notice shown when the choice was made, and recording and expiry dates. It prevents the banner from reappearing on every page, allows the choice to be changed and documents it. A pseudonymous receipt is retained in the database for six months without name, e-mail or IP. Regardless of the choice, the website records daily aggregate counts of pages, sources or campaigns, countries and device categories, without cookies, IP addresses or persistent identifiers. These counts cannot reconstruct an individual visitor’s journey and are kept for 14 months. Hosting may also process technical logs and aggregate platform-side statistics. These technologies are not used for advertising or individual profiling.

3. Cloudflare technical cookie
Cloudflare’s security infrastructure may set the __cf_bm cookie to distinguish legitimate traffic from automated traffic and protect the website against bots and abuse. This cookie is strictly necessary, is not used by Veltrom Group for advertising or profiling, and does not require consent. It is generated separately for this website and expires after approximately 30 minutes of inactivity. Provider: Cloudflare, Inc. Further information is available in the Cloudflare cookie documentation.

4. Optional analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-F2FYDRKL28) is loaded only after “Accept analytics”. It may set _ga, used to distinguish users, and _ga_<container-id>, used to persist session state. The website limits their lifetime to 180 days; actual duration may be reduced by browser settings or user deletion.

5. Analytics purpose and configuration
Analytics provides statistics about pages, journeys, interactions, campaigns and website performance. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled; event and user data is retained for up to 14 months. The tag is not loaded before consent and no Analytics event is sent when the choice is rejected.

6. Your choice
“Accept analytics” enables statistical cookies. “Reject analytics” and “Necessary only” keep only necessary technologies. The options have equal prominence and do not limit access to content. The preference can be changed at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawal disables Analytics and deletes its cookies that are readable by the website; it does not affect processing performed lawfully before withdrawal.

7. Browser controls
Cookies and local data can also be deleted or blocked through browser settings. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent the site from remembering the preference or reduce security protections, but does not prevent access to its main content.

8. Controller and updates
The Controller is Veltrom Group S.r.l., Viale Luigi Majno 21, 20122 Milan (MI), Italy, contactable at info@veltromgroup.com. Document version: 2026-08-14.1. This policy will be updated if technologies, purposes or third parties change. Last updated: 14 August 2026.
