Refund policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care products (such as beauty products)
We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
14-Day European Union Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.
